Breathe, Plunge, and Yoga with Breathe into the Wild at 12032 Serena Rd – Lakeside, CA

Ready to breathe into the wild? Come join us at Nirvana’s Outdoor Studio in East San Diego for some cold plunging and breathwork along with a nice sound healing reset. This event combines the power of yoga, breathwork, cold exposure, and sound healing to help you relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking to release stress, boost your immune system, or simply unwind, this event is just what you need.

Plus, carpooled friends come free.

4:00 PM – Guest Arrival + Welcome Circle

• Arrive, settle in, enjoy a light herbal welcome drink
• Meet the facilitators and fellow attendees
• Set intentions for the experience ahead

4:30 PM – Grounding Yoga Flow (60 min)

• Gentle all-levels vinyasa
• Emphasis on grounding, breath awareness, and nervous system calm
• Led to the sounds of nature and light music

5:30 PM – Guided Breathwork Journey + Sound Healing (75 min)

• Awaken breathwork
• Designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and unlock emotional clarity
• Accompanied by sound healing or ambient music

6:30 PM – Cold Plunge (30 min)

• Two rounds of guided cold plunge in ice baths (1–3 minutes each)
• Breath coaching and integration between rounds
• Learn how to use cold exposure to build resilience and nervous system flexibility

We have 4 cold plunges so everyone can rotate and have fun.

6:30 PM – Herbal Tea + Integration Circle (15 min)

• Group reflection and grounding with warm herbal tea or cacao
• Optional journaling and intention-sharing

Watch the sunset over the hills, relax on mats or cushions.

Please come 15 – 20 minutes beforehand. Make sure to bring swim wear, towel, water bottle, and a journel for intention setting. No need to bring mats or blankets. We have plenty.

He’s a certified 500 hr yoga teacher, nature expedition leader, and certified nervous system coach. He specializes in working with high performance individuals and leading nature retreats.

Nicole Dahlstrom (Instagram)Nicole is a yoga and mindfulness coach. She’s a certified nutritionist, 500 HR yoga teacher, and Awakened Breathwork teacher. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years.
