Announcing Nourish and Thrive’s next plant-based potluck, hosted in collaboration with Positive Change for Animals at the beautiful SOWA Goat Sanctuary in Harvard, MA!
We welcome you to share a delicious meal, connect with others, and spend time on a peaceful property where rescued farm animals live their lives in safety and care.
After the potluck, you may attend a guided tour of the Goat Sanctuary and spend personal time with the animals. You can pay Sowa on the premises for the tour as follows:
Sanctuary Tour Options:
- $10 per person (30 minutes with the animals)
- $20 per person (1 hour with the animals)(Special discounted rates for our group; payment can be made the day of.)

Please reserve your potluck space at no cost by July 12th, 2026, so we can arrange our picnic tables and tour plans!
Please bring a fully plant-based dish with a serving utensil, and any beverage of your choice for personal consumption, or to share. We will provide eco-friendly serveware for diners, or you may bring your own if you prever. Bring a card with the name of your dish and the ingredients, so all guests can be informed, in case of allergies or food sensitivities.
Children 12 and up are welcome to attend with a parent/caregiver. Parking along Old Littleton Road is advised, as there is limited space in the semi-circle driveway.
Interested in supporting the event?
If you’d like to make a financial contribution toward the potluck arrangments, you may do so by using the Positive Change for Animals Venmo Account, which is at @PCA4animals. All funds will be provided to Sowa Goat Sanctuary, a vegan sanctuary doing amazing work for animals.
RAIN DATE: If we have inclement weather not conducive to an outdoor picnic potluck, we will postpone the event to the same time and location on 7/19/26.
