An Austin-based comedian with a proclivity for dark humor and storytelling, Chance has been doing stand-up since he was 21, turning life’s chaos into punchlines—including a viral joke about his mother’s suicide that hit 22.9 million views on Instagram.

Originally from South Texas, he played cowboy on his grandmother’s ranch until 1997 when he moved to Austin. In 2014, he headed to Hollywood to chase the dream—and he talks about those experiences on stage, including doing commercial work for Dairy Queen, Target, and MeUndies, plus being a spokesperson for Dollar Beard Club, RedTube, and Duke Cannon soap company. He came back to Austin during the pandemic and spent three years working at a gun factory building weapons of mass construction. Quickly realizing that the world wasn’t over and gun smithing wasn’t his passion, he’s now back behind the mic.
