Heart Steps Detroit – Walk Into Your Health

Join us for Heart Steps Detroit, a community-driven walking experience designed to help you improve your health, connect with others, and build positive monentum-one step at a time.

This free event takes place on Sundays at the Riverfront arrive at 7:00 AM, as we will begin walking promptly at 7:15 AM. The walk will last approximately 30 to 60 minutes at a relaxed, comfortable pace-no running, just movement and good energy.

Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, this event is open to all levels. Expect a welcoming atmosphere focused on encouragement, consistency, and community.

Water will be available, on site, and restrooms are located near the carousel. For your safety, CPR-certified individuals wll be present throughout the event.

Bring your water, bring a friend, and come ready to move.
