The Chicago Tea Club is a community organized by Sip Society (us!). We gather to explore the world of tea through free events: tea swaps, group tastings, tea introductions, and more.

Join us for Tea Swap, a fun, free, community-centered event where tea lovers come together to share and trade unique teas. Bring a package of your favorite tea to swap with others, discover new flavors, and meet fellow tea enthusiasts.

Whether you’re looking to explore new origins, try different styles of tea, learn more about brewing techniques, or simply connect with others over a shared love of tea, Tea Swap is the perfect place to explore and build community.

Bring your favorite mug and a container or bag to take home new teas! Come and go as you please, and don’t feel obligated to sign up and stay the whole time.

Who are we and why should you join us?

We’re Sip Society: a community of coffee and tea people led by Bradley and Matthew, with over twenty years of experience in specialty beverages — from researching, teaching, roasting, baristaing, brewing, and now running beverage education companies.

Whether you’re a longtime tea enthusiast, a curious beginner, or someone who just wants to meet good people over a great cup, we’d love to have you join us.
