The Event

Two acts of carefully designed experience:

Act One: Lobby Reception

Industry colleagues, collaborators, and creative partners gather in an atmospheric lobby installation that sets the Tokyo Nights aesthetic. Cocktails, conversation, and visual design introduction.

Act Two: Seated Theater Experience

Guests move into the theater for an intimate showcase featuring live performance by by Tariana Love, with DJ accompaniment. The performance itself is Chromatic’s design coming to life—lighting, sound, visual composition, and technical execution working together to create a moment that demonstrates what the company does.

The Point

Rather than a traditional pitch or presentation, the launch event shows Chromatic Stagecraft’s work by doing it. Every detail—from the aesthetic direction to the technical execution to the way live performance and design intersect—reinforces the company’s positioning: a partner that designs, executes, and makes productions real.
