About The Artist:
Linda Pasca is an artist who lives in eastern Long Island, New York. Her oil paintings and mixed media works are infused with symbolism that invoke both the spiritual and natural worlds. The resulting work has an ethereal quality and offers a glimpse into the essence of her daily spiritual practices.
In the mid-1980’s Linda was offered full tuition scholarships to both The Cooper Union School of Art and Pratt Institute. She attended The Cooper Union School of Art where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Not long after college, she went on to create Pen &Paper, a company that specialized in calligraphy and design of custom wedding and event stationery and calligraphic works. Her work was featured and published in numerous magazines including Bride’s, Town & Country and HC&G (Hamptons Cottages and Gardens).
In 2020 when the event industry came to an abrupt halt, Linda seized the opportunity to change course and immerse herself in painting. One year later she had obtained a three month solo exhibition and select galleries to represent her work. She continues to grow her exposure by involvement in juried and group exhibitions throughout New York and Long Island as well as through personal collectors. From May 16-September 23, 2026 her painting titled “Blue Umbrella” will be on view at The Heckscher Museum of Art in Huntington, NY as part of their Long Island Biennial exhibit Just Powers.
