Vendor Rules & Guidelines – Main Street Market at Davis Park

Thank you for being a part of the Main Street Market! Please review the following rules and expectations:

Setup & Breakdown

• Vendor setup begins at 2:00 PM.
• All vendors must be fully set up and ready before the event starts at 4:00 PM.
• The market runs from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and vendors are required to remain open and operational for the entire duration.
• Early breakdown is not permitted.

Vendor Spaces

• Vendor spots are first come, first served.
• Each vendor space is limited to a 10×10 tent setup.

Attendance & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued if a vendor chooses not to attend for any reason.
• Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled and not rescheduled.

General Guidelines

• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and power (if needed).
• Please keep your area clean and dispose of all trash properly at the end of the event.
• Be respectful to fellow vendors, staff, and attendees to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
