Maroon 9 Community Enrichment Organization and Kids Acting With Purpose present “LET FREEDOM RING” A Special Juneteenth Performance Showcase

Maroon 9’s mission is to inspire, empower, and develop youth through the transformative power of the arts.

During this four-day theatre intensive, young performers ages 5–17 have explored acting, voice, movement, storytelling, and ensemble performance while preparing an original production that examines what freedom means in today’s world.

Through the journey of a young girl named Freedom, audiences will experience a powerful story about navigating conflict, peer pressure, social media, identity, and the choices we make every day. As tensions rise and challenges emerge, Freedom discovers that true strength comes from wisdom, courage, and choosing peace over conflict.

This live performance is the culmination of our students’ hard work, creativity, and dedication. Join us as they bring this meaningful story to life through theatre, music, movement, and spoken word while celebrating the spirit and significance of Juneteenth.
