Sierra Marin is a San Diego-based artist with Hawaiian roots, blending reggae, hip hop, and folk into a soulful, genre-crossing sound. Performing solo or with Roots Ascension, her music brings uplifting energy, catchy melodies, and a message of connection and healing.

7:30-8:30 PM — Ginger Roots

Ginger Roots is a reggae band from Encinitas, California, founded in 2012 by frontman Chase Brokaw.
Blending solid roots drum and bass with catchy melodies, worldly lyrics, and a vibrant live energy, Ginger Roots continues to build momentum in the reggae scene.
They’ve opened for legends like Burning Spear, Steel Pulse, Ziggy Marley, Julian Marley, Stephen Marley, Barrington Levy, and Don Carlos, performing for crowds as large as 20,000 in both full band and acoustic sets.
In the studio, Ginger Roots has recorded at Bob Marley’s Tuff Gong studio in Jamaica and worked with legendary bassist/producer Fully Fullwood at The Kitchen Studio, where their first two albums were made.
Their albums Don’t Stop the Groove and Vibe Maker are available now, with a third studio release currently in the works.
