Liberty Station Comedy Night is back at Moniker General with another killer Thursday lineup, and this week Lucey Love headlines.

Lucey is a San Diego-based stand-up comedian who performs regularly at the La Jolla Comedy Store and has appeared on its long-running Best of San Diego showcase. She was named the San Diego Comedy League’s “Rookie of the Year” and has competed in Roast Battle at the historic Comedy Store in Hollywood.

She’s the kind of comic who can turn family chaos, everyday insecurity, and the things everybody thinks but nobody volunteers into sharp, tongue-in-cheek comedy. As the eldest of 12 siblings, she has enough built-in material to make most comedians look under-researched. Her comedy is silly, relatable, and fearless, with a knack for finding the laugh hiding inside vulnerability and self-doubt.
