Join Black Mental Health Rocks for a special Family Bonding Walk designed to strengthen relationships, encourage healthy communication, and promote mental wellness within our community.

This family-friendly event brings together parents, children, grandparents, caregivers, and loved ones for an evening of walking, conversation, and connection. Participants will enjoy a relaxing walk while learning about the importance of family support and positive mental health.
