The People Brothers Band’s unique brand of rhythm and soul features some of the most talented vocalists and musicians in the region. The vibrant group of longtime friends, collaborators, and multi-dimensional artists formed in 2008 as an open mic songwriting outfit and hasn’t looked back since. In fact, they were recognized as Madison Area Music Association’s Artist of the Year 2025 and Performer and Vocal of the Year-Ensemble Vocals 2026!

The band has cultivated a captivating musical alchemy through collective dedication to their craft, the Midwest music community, and each other. The People Brothers Band is united by their shared vision of uplifting friends and fans through music.

Gates open at 4pm. Show starts at 7.

Advanced admission is $12 cash at Hotel during opening hours or online through Eventbrite. All ages welcome! Fans under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 12 and under are free, 13-17 are $10 at the gate. Tickets are $20 day of show.

About the Opener

It’s unclear whether The Getaway is robbing a bank, or going on vacation, but sunglasses are involved either way. Their original music is somewhere beyond psychedelic funk-pop, or electro synthwave, digging a deep new groove for “Upper Mississippi Valley Rock and Roll”. When class and grime collide, it’s a little unsettling, but wildly satisfying…“sparkles, distortion, and sequins.”

The Getaway includes vocalist Jasmine AH, guitarist Bill Fiorella, bassist and synthmaster Shane Kouba, percussionist Clovis Larson, keyboardist and back-up vocalist Katie Getz, and, if you’re lucky, hype-man, Sam Hudnall.

The Getaway released their debut album, self-titled, “The Getaway,” in July 2024. They continue to expand their library of original sounds and songs. Their eagerly awaited sophomore album “Softness Winning” came out this spring.

About the Venue

This relaxed venue overlooks the Mississippi, with fabulous sunsets and a warm, friendly vibe. Entry is through the Main Street gate of Hotel yard. Your name will be on our will-call list if you purchased your tickets here or online. Bring photo ID for proof of ticket purchase and consumption of alcohol. Sorry, pets are not allowed on grounds during large shows. No food or beverage may be brought in. Food and beverage is available for sale. If you have foldable chairs in sacks, keep bags in the car to speed up entry (and so you don’t lose them). All bags and blankets will be checked. No coolers are allowed.

An ATM is located at the entrance. Only cash money is accepted for drink and ticket purchases during the show.

Restaurant

The indoor bar will be open until late. The restaurant will close at 9pm with last orders at 830pm.

Taco Town and 2 Scoops and a bar will be outdoors, on the lawn from 4pm.
