Welcome to Sunday Soundbath☀️ Come join us for a relaxing Soundbath experience at the Hope Wellness Center this Sunday! Let go of stress and tension as the sound vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes & gong wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. Arrive at least 10 minutes before at 4:50pm)the soundbath begins to get settled in, before doors close at 5pm. ~Actual Bath Starts at 5:00 for 55minutes Warm tea served right after☕️ at 6pm-6:15. **What to bring: A mat or pillow to lie comfortably on, a water vessel to drink before/after soundbath. ♂️ ♀️**As a common courtesy to others, please silence any electronic devices before the soundbath begins. ♀️ This in person event is the perfect way to unwind and recharge for the week ahead. Come as you are and prepare to be transported to a state of deep relaxation and peace. We can’t wait to see you there!
