“Waiting for Access” — A Staged Reading at CREATE Arts Center – Silver Spring, MD
Sponsored by the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County, come see this staged reading of “Waiting for Access,” an original, queer and disabled adaptation of Samuel Beckett’s famous tragicomedy “Waiting for Godot.” With humor and heart, this play reflects on the bullshit, loves, pains and joys of being young and queer in the DMV, and fumbling through connection along the way.
Brought to you by a cast and crew of all local creatives, tickets are pay what you can (suggested $12) and sales will be split evenly amongst our talented team members.
(Note: Doors open 30 mins before showtime. Sunday 6/28 at 2 pm is an understudy performance for the role of Estra, and 6/28 at 8 pm is an audience-masked performance. Masks will be provided.)
