Arrive on New Year’s Eve and stay through Sunday, or join us for a day (or two) of yoga, guided hikes, and delicious vegetarian cuisine.

This wellness retreat blends the grounding routine of traditional Zen practice with the freedom of a self-directed schedule. You are free to engage at your own pace: joining the sangha for mindfulness practice, exploring the quiet forest trails, reading, crafting, or settling into deep silence.
