Yoga SUP in the Gulf of Naples – Naples, Italy

Whether you prefer dawn or sunset, participate in our yoga-up lesson in the Gulf of Naples. Navigate to the beach of Villa Lauro or the Riva Fiorita beach, still the table and perform the positions indicated by the Yoga teacher.

And then he returns to the meeting point with an Sup instructor, for an experience of 2 hours on the table!

What we will do
I will wait for you at the selected time, at dawn or sunset, at the meeting point in Naples (NA).

To welcome you I will be there, qualified instructor of SUP; I will deliver you table and paddle before venturing into the water. Together we will reach the beach of Villa Lauro or the Riva Fiorita beach, one of which will be the backdrop to our yoga lesson in Sup.

Once the chosen natural frame is reached, we will anchor the table (which for the occasion to transform in our yoga mat!) And we will carry out the yoga lesson in the company of a teacher on board the Sup; The lesson will last 50 minutes.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point in Sup, for a total experience of 2 hours.

To whom it is addressed
The tour is suitable for everyone from 8 years; The children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

To participate in the experience it is necessary to know how to swim.

The tour is available from January to December compatibly with the weather-marine conditions.

The experience is confirmed upon reaching the minimum number of 4 participants.

A locker room with showers and lockers are available at the meeting point.
