Come and live a real gastronomic experience at the Agricultural Pub of Mamoiada, in the heart of Sardinia!
In a small country that is becoming more and more international, the Agricultural Pub was created with passion and respect for the tradition for the production of Cannonau wine, with the aim of creating quality wines that reflect the air, the soil and the variety of this territory. Our winemaker will tell you the story of the Cannonau wine and the processing phases that accompany its seasons in the vineyard or in the cellar, respecting the nature that is the basis of the company policy and of fundamental importance for the future of subsequent generations. You can have a delicious tasting accompanied by homemade cold cuts and cheeses.

The tasting includes two glasses of Cannonau wine accompanied by a platter of local meats and cheeses.

There are two native varieties of grape:
– Cannonau di Sardegna of an intense ruby red, while the nose stands out aromas of cinnamon, clove combined with balsamic and herbaceous hints. In the mouth it is round, with good body, characterized by fine tannins, elegant and good persistence
– Cannonau di Sardegna Rosato with an ancient rose and floral bouquet enriched with spicy notes. On the palate the taste is soft, pleasantly fresh and of good persistence
