Visit to the Cochahuasi Animal Sanctuary with rescued animal – Cusco Region, Peru

EXPERIENCE

We will pick you up at your respective hotels, we will take you from the city of Cusco for about 30 minutes by car. Join a team of empathetic people with a big heart and get closer to the rescued animals of Cusco. We will see a great variety of species from the mountains and coastal jungle of our country, each one has a slightly sad story but it makes us more aware of the conservation and respect for animals, among them we have Andean spectacled bears, Pumas, Macaws, Monkeys, etc. The tour in the sanctuary can last from 40 minutes to 1 hour, you will also have free time from 20 to 25 minutes. Our mission is education and we are also working to release some that are in danger of extinction and what in 2019 was a male Andean condor with a GPS and satellite system.
