In fact, in the village of Villacidro, it is told of the presence of witches and sorcerers, guardians of ancient knowledge, formulas and secrets with which they can heal, remedy or give pain. In this experience you will go into the woods, through streams, gorges, trees with disturbing shapes and paths that seem to come out of a story of the brothers Grimn. Itinerary:
In order to participate you must already be used to walking in nature for several consecutive hours, not be easily suggestible and not suffer from dizziness. The route takes place in marked and safe paths, but in some passages you need to lower yourself or use your hands to climb short stretches of rocks. The route includes several crossings of the river and is divided into dirt, vegetable soil, rocky bottom and passages in the water (you pass over the stones but in the case you put a foot in the water is good to have waterproof shoes and a replacement of socks). During the excursion, in the periods when the weather will allow it, you can cross the river barefoot to get in touch with nature and regenerate. Who wants, can also do “Hug the tree”, devoting a few minutes to total relaxation, embracing the trees covered with moss.
