EXPERIENCE:

Carnival is a magical time that envelops Venice. Now you can take part with a simple, easy to use Carnival app!

Step One:
Download the map and itinerary on your device, or collect a special paper map, and learn about the famous Venetian Carnival. With each highlighted point on your map, you will learn curious tales about Venice and its history. Don’t forget to pay attention: on the way you’ll have to take pictures of 4 hidden places to play the game.

At the end of the itinerary, 1 Carnival mask will be waiting for you at the Mask Atelier. To receive the mask, you must show at least 3 of your Carnival photos. In addition to the treasure, the master artisan will welcome you into his workshop, an ancient Mask Atelier close to Saint Mark’s Square.  You can win one carnival mask to be painted with a local artist!

Step Two:
Unleash your creativity, wear the mask you received in the Atelier, and take the coolest Carnival Selfie ever. Personalize the second white mask you collected in the Atelier with Carnival decorations. Take another selfie in your very own Carnival mask. Post your pictures on the Facebook page and invite your friends to like them.

The ending location, guarding your treasure, is worth your attention. Everybody know or have heard about Casanova, right? According to many Venetian legends, Casanova was imprisoned in this historic palace, which is connected to the Doge’s Palace by the Bridge of Sighs.
