In doing so, there is a lot of Soviet history to discover and you really take a step back in time. All urbex in Armenia is guarded. It is therefore very difficult and unwise to go urbexing by yourself. Hanseatic Image was able to make arrangements with the owners, giving us unique opportunities.

Day 1 arrival Yerevan

Day 2: Khor Virap, Noravank, abandoned Soviet textile factory

Day 3: Caravanserai, monasteries and cable car operating building

Day 4: Huge factory site, Unesco monastery Sanahin and Mikoyan house museum

Day 5: Soviet pioneer camp, Stalin-style abandoned factory, abandoned Soviet train

Day 6: Abandoned radio telescope with control building, Amberd castle

Day 7: Garni temple, Geghard monastery, urbex in Yerevan
