Once at your seat, we will introduce you our products, both wine and extra virgin olive oil. It will be a tasty guided journey of many Tuscan wines and extra virgin olive oil.

Everything will be paired with a high-quality selection of different types of cheese from fresh to medium and long maturing. You will discover the wine and cheese pairing rules, cheese and white, red, rosé and sparkling wine pairings.
