EXPERIENCE:

When guests arrive, our staff welcomes them in the welcome center and leads them on a brief walking tour of the historic property before leading them to the kitchen where they will begin cooking.

Come learn the secrets of real Tuscan cuisine from Italian chefs if you have a passion for cooking. Only the freshest ingredients, such as homemade pasta, amazing sauces, meats, and desserts, are grown in order to create a simple but delectable Tuscan recipe. In our general cooking class, we’ll walk you through the steps of cutting, braising, boiling, cooking, and roasting a full Tuscan meal in a friendly setting while producing delectable dishes.

This event will give friends and family the chance to bond over food and wine, including locally sourced meats, freshly made pasta, vegetables hand-picked from our own garden, and plenty of baked bread drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, while also having fun and laughing with one another.
