The “perfect eruption” – Sicily, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

Private trekking along the “rift” (fragile area of the earth’s crust) which caused the eruption which was defined as “perfect” for its violence and danger. Accompanied by an expert guide, an environmental educator, you will observe what remains of the hotels, destroyed by the earthquake that preceded the eruption.
We will cross “dagale”, small green islands, true miracles of nature, spared from the lava, where the trees still grow strong and vigorous. Crossing several eruptions, we will reach the top of the last side craters, gigantic eruptive cones, from which to admire a breathtaking panorama.
