When visiting Chengdu, you can’t miss the Panda Base. You’ll have the chance to watch these adorable pandas playing, eating, sleeping, and even interacting with each other. You can also learn about panda facts, observe baby pandas in the nursery, and explore the Panda Museum. The base replicates the pandas’ natural habitat with lush greenery, bamboo forests, and clear streams, giving you a sense of being in the wild. Besides pandas, you’ll find red pandas, black-necked cranes, storks, swans, geese, and peacocks, making it feel like a mini zoo.

The giant pandas enjoy cool weather, so we recommend arriving early. They are most active during outdoor feeding from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Drinking water is available in the park, but please bring a water bottle, rain gear, and sun protection.

For the “Guide Only” option, your guide will meet you at your hotel and assist with transportation (at your expense). The “Guide and Driver” option includes round-trip service.

The Chengdu Panda Base is 7 km, so we recommend a golf cart ticket (¥30). Please provide passport details for ticket reservations.
