EXPERIENCE:

The discipline of Muay Thai is an intense physical activity, therefore, it is ideal for those who want to lose a few pounds and increase lean mass. This is because this martial art stimulates metabolism, plus rhythm, increases balance and control.

Muai Thai is the classic self-defense discipline that has proven to be very important in a variety of situations.

In an initial warm-up phase we will stand close together in front of the mirror doing single strikes with hands and feet. We will learn how to bring horizontal, vertical and oblique punches, elbows and knees, frontal and circular shin tips (kicks), low kick, middle kick, high kick.

Having learned the single strikes, we will combine them by creating combinations, which will be performed at the strikers and then applied in the melee.

At the end of the class you will be able to ask any in-depth questions for this discipline to the teacher
