Meet your guide at the trailhead, then leave the village behind as you hike upward. Find out about the exceptional olive oil and flour produced from the local chestnut trees as you go.

Cross a magnificent forest of holm oaks covered lichen to discover ancient coal mines and the remains of small houses dating from the Bronze Age. Upon arrival at the summit, take in panoramic views of the region down to the sea as the setting sun colors the Needles of Bavella.
