EXPERIENCE:

During this tour, you’ll see 2 different winery styles. First, discover a traditional winery with an authentic cellar and typical architecture of Saint-Emilion, producing a traditional style of wine for the region.

The second winery is forward-looking, with a modern cellar and cutting-edge technology. Discover how the winemakers use current technology and viticulture techniques to perfect the winemaking process and produce a different, innovative style of wine.

Learn about the vines, the varietals, the aging, and everything about it.
Continue the tour by tasting 3 Saint Emilion Grand Cru wines from the different estates with an introduction to wine-tasting techniques. The visit and tasting will be followed by a picnic paired with your choice glass of wine.

During the tour, you will enjoy three wine tastings, allowing you to experience a variety of exquisite wines. Additionally, a delightful picnic lunch will be provided, which includes a glass of wine and a selection of local delicacies. The picnic menu features summer basket with Basque spread cream, poultry with vegetables and local delicacies (St-Emilion macaroons and Canelés) , and delectable Saint-Emilion desserts, among other culinary delights. Please note that we offer a unique menu that can be adapted to accommodate vegetarian dietary restrictions.
