EXPERIENCE:

Explore exciting stories about gladiators, extravagant emperors and everyday life in ancient Rome.
Our tour starts at the Basilica of San Clemente. Together we descend into the underground excavations. There we explore the ancient coin mint and the remains of the sanctuary of the Roman god Mithra. Afterwards we walk along the Colosseum and marvel the imposing amphitheater from outside.

Away from the touristic crowds, we will take you on the three-hour tour at a leisurely pace over the Roman Forum and up the Palatine Hill, the place where, according to legend, the Eternal City was founded by Romulus. Along great temples and pompous triumphal arches, up to the dwelling place of the Roman emperors.

The tour is particularly suitable for families with children and for people who do not like to be pushed from A to B in crowds, but would like to experience a touch of antiquity in a relaxed manner.
