Join us in the Eternal City for three hours of fun, friends, drinks and great food. There’s no better way to spend the holiday season!

In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, with a festive spin. As for the food, master the art of making fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce. All in three hours, guided by a local expert chef.

We’ll start with an Aperol spritz – the perfect drink to get to know everyone else in the class, and meet your chef. Once everyone’s ready and the Bing Crosby is blasting, it’s time to don your Santa hat and get cooking! Learn the history of what makes Italian food the best in the world, in the heart of a Roman kitchen as you start prepping to make your pasta.

Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own fettuccine, and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce to go with it. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Campari spritz – because why not?

Once everything’s ready, enjoy your food with your new friends, your chef, and a delicious Limoncello spritz to cap off your meal. Buon Natale, one and all!
