8:30 AM – Visit Amber Fort
Start your tour with a visit to the majestic Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located on a hilltop just outside Jaipur. Built in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh, this stunning fort combines Hindu and Mughal architectural styles. Ascend the fort either by jeep or on foot and explore its magnificent courtyards, palaces, and intricate mirror work. Don’t miss the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace), where the walls are adorned with thousands of tiny mirrors that glitter in the sunlight.

10:00 AM – Photo Stop at Jal Mahal (Water Palace)
On your way back from Amber Fort, make a quick stop at Jal Mahal, the “Water Palace,” located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. This picturesque palace, with its unique Rajput and Mughal architecture, appears to float on the water. Although entry is not allowed, you can take beautiful photos from the lakeside and enjoy the serene views.

10:30 AM – Explore Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds)
Next, head to the iconic Hawa Mahal, or “Palace of Winds.” This five-story pink sandstone structure is one of Jaipur’s most famous landmarks. Built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, the palace features 953 small windows (jharokhas) that allowed royal ladies to observe street festivals while remaining unseen. Learn about the palace’s unique architecture and history from your guide and take some time to admire the views of the bustling streets below.

11:00 AM – Visit the City Palace
Continue your tour with a visit to the City Palace, a sprawling complex that has served as the residence of Jaipur’s royal family for centuries. Explore its various courtyards, museums, and palaces, such as the Mubarak Mahal and Chandra Mahal, which showcase a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles.

11:45 AM – Visit Jantar Mantar
Next, visit Jantar Mantar, another UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest and best-preserved astronomical observatories in the world. Built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the 18th century, Jantar Mantar features a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments.

12:30 PM – Stop at the Albert Hall Museum (Optional)
If time permits, make a quick stop at the Albert Hall Museum, located in the Ram Niwas Garden. This museum, housed in an Indo-Saracenic building, is the oldest museum in Rajasthan and features a rich collection of artifacts, including paintings, jewelry, textiles, and Egyptian mummies.
