An Intimate Experience of local music and the best seafood from the Bay of Banderas. We are famous for our Shrimp Boils, along with a tasting menu of wild-caught seafood all from our rooftop terrace over-looking the ocean and the Zona Romantica at sunset.

Step away from the tourist crowds and join us for a private dinner party celebrating the flavors and sounds of the Riviera Nayarit. Enjoy this opportunity to experience it as a VIP, with a small group and Mister Gregory himself preparing your meal. Visit a private hill top home with expansive views of the Zona Romantica and the ocean in a traditional Mexican colonia (neighborhood).

This is a two hour dinner and show experience. Start with mezcal tasting and a chance to cool off in our private courtyard pool and mingle. Just before sunset we gather on the rooftop terrace for stunning views. A spiny lobster tasting, a chance to try fresh local fish such as marlin or skipjack, and a presentation about our wild-caught shrimp. The highlight is shrimp in Jalisco spices. To finish we present our house-made Jericalla (the famous local caramelized custard).

Through-out the experience we present a live performance from the cabarets clubs of Puerto Vallarta to entertain you. Please join us for a lovely dinner party, make some new friends and sample the freshest seafood in Mexico.
