EXPERIENCE

Day 1: Airport pick-up – City tour
Representative of Machu picchu journey will be waiting for your arrival at the airport and your transfer to the hotel.
Free morning to rest and acclimatize
1:50 PMbv Pick up from the hotel for the City tour, First place to visit koricancha (temple of the sun), 45 minute guided tour and then go to the mobility
After 30 minutes in mobility we will arrive at Sacsayhuaman (from Quechua de saqsay = place to be satiated and waman = falcon, is to say “Place where the falcon is satiated”) where we will have a guided tour of 1 hour
Then we will visit Qenqo (ritual center in a rocky outcrop), a place of much mysticism that you will feel when entering the rock outcropping.
After 15 minutes of mobility we will arrive at PucaPucara (red fort), military construction
Last visit will be Tambomachay known as Baño del Inca where water cult was performed. After our trip we will take the mobility for the return to Cusco, approximate arrival time 7:00 pm
Day 2: Machu Picchu
4:00 AM we will pass by your hotel, to make the transfer to the train station located in the town of Ollantaytambo (1 hour 30 minutes of travel in mobility) where we will board our train to then make our trip to the town of ” Aguas Calientes “(2000 masl) which lasts 2 hours.
At the train station, our guide awaits you with a sign and your names, with it you will go to the bus station, to ascend for 30 minutes until you reach the incredible wonder world “The Lost City of the Incas”.
When we arrive at the door of the citadel of Machu Picchu we will show entrance ticket, from this place we will start the guided tour of 2 hours.
Then we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes to have our lunch.
In the afternoon you will take the train back to Cusco (be 30 minutes before your train departs),
The return will be the same journey of the outward journey, upon arriving at the train station in Ollantaytambo, they will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel in Cusco.
Day 3: Transfer to the airport Cusco
Free morning to relax.
In the afternoon there will be a transfer to the airport for your departure to Lima.
Note: be at the airport 2 hours before the departure time of the flight
