This is a must-see tour for any Game of Thrones Fan. This tour takes you to several of the Game of Thrones filming locations used in the series and also includes a visit to the Giants Causeway the only UNESCO World Heritage Site in Northern Ireland, and walk the notorious Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.

With this full-day experience, you will also get to visit the Glens of Antrim and the dramatic world-famous causeway coast and travel through the rolling farmland of County Antrim. The Antrim Coast Road is widely agreed to be one of the finest stretches of road anywhere in the world.

ITINERARY

Carnlough Harbour: Our first stop of the day takes us into the picturesque fishing village of Carnlough for a quick comfort break. Series six of Game of Thrones saw Carnlough Harbour feature for the first time.

Cushendun Cave – Storms End: What happened in these Cushendun caves took many GOT fans by surprise. Here, with Davos Seaworth watching in horror, Melisandre gives birth to the shadow baby that eventually kills Renly Baratheon.

Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge: Next stop we visit one of the most visited places in Northern Ireland amazing Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge where you can cross a bridge that spans a chasm over 75ft in height.

There will be a 1-mile walk from the car park to the Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge if you have mobility issues, have small children, or use a stroller that can’t handle unpaved pathways.

(If you wish to cross the bridge you will need to pre-book your ticket) Please let us know before purchasing your tickets and we will advise of an approx. time of arrival. if you do not wish to cross, we can stop at the viewing point for photos.

Ballintoy Harbour – Lordsport: Ballintoy Harbour is the location for Theon Greyjoy’s return to the Iron Islands.

White Park Bay: A Beautiful scenic beach at the very tip of Ireland and the closest country from here would be Iceland which is 800 miles away.

Giants Causeway: Commonly called ‘the 8th wonder of the world’, is the only world heritage site in Ireland. During our stop here you can spend time climbing over the ancient stones, snapping photos, and reflecting on the myths and legends of this very unique area.

Dunluce Castle – House of Greyjoy: We continue a wonderful day with a photo stop at Dunluce Castle. We arrive at one of the most dramatic castle ruins in the world. Prepare to be amazed at the way this old castle hangs over the edge of the cliffs.

The Dark Hedges: One of the most popular natural phenomena in Northern Ireland, the Dark Hedges were used as a set for the hit TV series Game of Thrones.
