Pedemonte: Valpolicella tour and tasting of regional 4 wines – Veneto, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

In this experience you will visit the historic cellars of a farm in Valpolicella, the land of wine, one of which dates back to the 1300s, by the San Bernardino friars who at the time resided in the Church.
You will learn how we work in the vineyards with respect for nature, what are the methods of processing and storing the wine to have excellent products.
Finally you will taste Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Amarone DOCG, and two IGT red wines, regional wines with a strong territorial imprint.The wine tasting is accompanied by platters of quality cold cuts and cheeses.
