EXPERIENCE:

During this workshop, I will teach you how to become a professional Pasta maker. You will learn step by step how to prepare the perfect pasta dough, which type of flour to use and why so, and the difference between pasta fresca and pasta secca.

I will guide you while you make five different shapes of pasta and prepare a delicious filling. It’s going to be all hands on deck, and you’ll become a master at rolling ravioli and build your confidence in your kitchen skills.

At the end of the workshop, we will sit down all together for dinner, where you can taste your creations while sipping a glass of delicious wine ?? that pairs perfectly with your ravioli.

Cantuccini biscuits will be served after dinner ??
