EXPERIENCE:

You will meet your Amsterdam local in front of the Art’otel just opposite to Central Station. Your guide will then lead you through the Old Town Centre where you will see old remnants of the past. While walking through Amsterdam’s oldest neighbourhood, you will get a taste of savory surinamese roti rolls and Indonesian baked goods. When finishing an energising nibble, we will continue on and explain the past and present problems of the infamous Red Light District with a nice cold local beer on tap.

After getting your steps in, We will take a quick pit stop in the cozy Kapitein Zeppos for a drink and savour a traditional fresh Herring that us locals adore. Your Amsterdam Local, will then bring you through the Floating Flower Market, and here you will have the choice to see the What is Happening Here art gallery in an old established bank. When leaving the gallery you will be brought to the oldest Frites stand in Amsteredam and try out the messy Paatje Oorlog. Your tour then resumes towards the Begijnhof, a concealed nunnery within the centre in Spui. Here you can see old tapestries and humble churches.
