EXPERIENCE:

Starting from Place de l’Europe in Montpellier at 9 am. You have to come 15 min before to make sure i have time to give you all your equipment ! The guide will be next the grey minibus.
You will be immersed in the Picpoul de Pinet terroir. You will climb aboard a local fisherman’s inflatable boat for a 3.5 hour trip on the beautiful Etang de Thau. He will let you now everything about the Thau basin like the culture of fishing, the production of oysters and you will enjoy a moment of swimming in the pond.
Enjoy a stop at an oyster farm where you will be shown the production of oysters before tasting them on the edge of the pond.
Then, you will discover the origin of the appellation through a guided tour of an organic wine estate. Let yourself be tempted by a surprising adventure in the “Challenge Your Senses” game at the Domaine d’Hondrat : laughter, efficiency and revelations will be your most faithful allies. But be careful that nothing is lost, not even your senses… Finally, take a stroll through the Muscat de Frontignan vineyards and learn about an ancient and unusual winemaking technique before going on to taste the wines. You will meet the winemaker who will explain his job and you will taste the white wines of the appellation.
