EXPERIENCE:

At the indicated time we will meet at the central clock of Xochimilco (a Unesco World Heritage Site for its famous Floating Gardens).

Once gathered, we will walk a few steps to see the central cathedral of Xochimilco, if you like we can explore the Cathedral.

We will walk a few steps to the central market of Xochimilco to explore and get the ingredients for the Mexican bread that we are going to bake.

We will walk a few steps to my bread factory.

Once at the bakery we are going to try a Mexican homemade snack and drink while I will explain the history and cultural data of Xochimilco and Mexican bread.

We will proceed to bake Mexican bread from start to finish and you can eat and take home all the bread you want.

Once the bread making is finished, as an optional extra-cost activity I can take you to see the floating gardens of Xochimilco.
