“Majestic Misti: An exciting 2-day trip to Arequipa” – Arequipa, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

The Misti Volcano, this impressive volcano rises imposingly to 5,822 meters above sea level. Its profile and natural environment captivate adventurers, offering a unique experience in the heart of the Peruvian Andes.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arequipa – Misti Volcano
-We will begin with the pick-up at your hotel, between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning, then we will travel in a 4×4.
-We will go to the Misti Volcano along the Chiguata route.
-Then we begin this great adventure by starting our walk along the slope of the volcano.
-We will be walking for approximately 6 hours, enjoying the magnificent landscapes that this place offers us.
-Finally we will arrive at our camp where we will have dinner and rest until the next day.

Day 2: Misti Volcano – Arequipa
-We will begin our second day with an energetic and comforting breakfast based on omelettes, toast and a hot drink.
-After this delicious breakfast, we will begin our walk to the top of the Misti volcano, about 5825 meters above sea level.
-Once here we will have enough free time to take spectacular photographs with the beautiful views we will have from the Misti crater.
-Finally we will return to 3300 meters, where the 4×4 will be waiting for us to return to Arequipa, at approximately 2:00 p.m.
