Machupicchu – Humantay Lake 6D | Private + Hotel 3☆ – Cusco Region, Peru

EXPERIENCE

Our tour starts with the pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel, during the morning you will be free to acclimatize and rest.

Day 1: Pick up from the airport
At about 13:00 p.m. we will pick you up from the Hotel to start the City Tour, we will start visiting Qoricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Pukapukara and Tambomachay, we will return at about 6:00pm.

Day 2: Sacred Valley
We will pick you up from the hotel around 6:30am – 8:00am to go to our destinations, after 1:30 hours we will arrive to our first destination Pisac, we will appreciate the beautiful archeological sites and then we will go to Urubamba by the Sacred River where we will have our lunch buffet.

After lunch we will leave for about 30 minutes to reach the town of Ollantaytambo where we will also visit the Archaeological Centers and ending the tour we will go to the train station to go to Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night until the next day.

Day 3: Machupicchu
According to the schedule of our income to Machupicchu we go to the bus that will transfer us to the Machupicchu Citadel for 30 minutes.
Once we arrive at the Machupicchu we will have a guided tour for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Afterwards we will be returning to the town of Aguas Calientes to enjoy our delicious lunch, finally we will drive to the train station to board the train to Ollantaytambo.
Once in Ollantaytambo you will present your tickets to the train company – and then board the bus to Cusco (schedule varies according to the company).

Day 4: Maras & Moray
Our next tour will start with the pick up from your hotel approx. 7:30am – 8:00am to go to the beautiful village of Maras where the locals live on agriculture, once we have passed the town of Maras we will go to the circular terraces which served the Incas as an agricultural laboratory, this visit will be guided for 40 minutes. Then the next visit is to the Salt Mines, we will board in our mobility to get to “Salineras” the visit will be 1 hour so that we have time to buy bags of salt or any other item, finally we will return at 15:00 pm to Cusco.

Day 5: Humantay Lake
Our next and last tour will begin with the pick up from your hotel at 4.30am to 5:00am and we will go to the district of Mollepata place of our first stop to taste our delicious breakfast, then we go with our mobility to Challacancha where we will start the hike.

Then we start with our average hike of 2 hours to reach the inponente Laguna de Humantay, we will have time to take pictures and walk around the place. Then we will be returning to Mollepata to enjoy a nice buffet lunch.
We will return to Cusco at 17:00pm.

Day 6: Transfer to the airport
