We’ll introduce you to one of the hidden gems of the Italian Food Valley: Calestano – a medieval village you won’t find on any map.
Important: don’t worry if you don’t have a car to get here. We offer a transport service from the center of Parma.
With my help, you’ll learn the secrets of Emilian cuisine. You’ll be able to replicate an excellent homemade pasta dish with authentic Italian sauce at home. Thanks to this experience, you can impress your friends and introduce them to true Italian gastronomic culture. After the lesson, you’ll be able to prepare fettuccine, tagliatelle, and pappardelle, and if you need them, I’ll personally send you the recipes we made together. We’ll have lunch/dinner together, and you can savor the pasta you’ve made, ending with an exceptional tiramisu (my friends say it’s the best they’ve ever had. Will you agree too?
