Lasagna & Spaghetti – Tuscany, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

Lasagna is one of the best dishes in Italy. We will teach you how to do it! It will be a very exciting experience, our teachers are waiting for you in our cooking school.
You will also learn how to make Spaghetti! We will be in San Frediano (in Florence), the school can be reached from any point of the historic center even by walking.
We will provide you with the necessary tools for the preparation: kitchen apron, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour.

We will prepare the béchamel sauce together with milk, butter, flour, salt and nutmeg. The ragù will be ready when you arrive because it takes about 3 hours to cook. So, after we’ve made the lasagna sheets we can compose our lasagna with all these ingredients.

After the lasagna we will make the fresh “guitar spaghetti” and with a video we will show you how to prepare the famous “pummarola”, the red sauce that will accompany spaghetti.

During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, made with natural methods.
After preparing the pasta, we will lay the table and eat together the pasta you have prepared, just like an Italian family.
To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert accompanied with a shot of limoncello.

All of you will receive the recipes with our secrets. Generally, the course lasts 3 hours with about 12 people per group, we are pleased to meet you and spend a nice time with you for a unique fun experience.
