Lancaster: Amish Experience Visit-in-Person Tour of 3 Farms – Leacock Township, Pennsylvania

EXPERIENCE

Take a 3-hour authentic exploration into the world and lives of real Amish people. Your driver and guide will pick you up at the Amish Experience Theater building and take you in groups of no more than 14 to 3 authentic, real Amish farms not normally open to the public.

At the farms, you’ll have the unique opportunity to ask questions directly of the Amish community members. Your Amish hosts are very open and welcoming to visitors from all around the world, and eager to share their lives with you. Over 30 Amish households are involved in this tour, so each day is a different set of stops. Nothing is scripted; have a free-wheeling discussion that varies between many different topics. As well, you’ll see how their farms operate and watch a crafting demonstration in a functioning workshop.
