EXPERIENCE:

A visit to a farm that produces medicinal herbs, such as The Herbs of the Moon, is an experience in
which one immerses oneself with all the senses. Herbs are a riot of scents and colors, but they are also
unexpected flavors hidden in a flower or leaf to be picked in the field and tasted, they are
leaves to touch, shaggy or shiny, hairy, soft, fleshy… Finally, herbs are stories, memories,
sensations to share together. A visit that engages the senses, satisfies the soul and cheers the
mind accompanied by a tasting of products with unexpected and delicious flavors.
Tasting: trio of bruschetta with seasonal herb preparations, samples of km0 cheese with
our jams (violets, myrtle, mint, elderflower, etc.) salad with edible flowers, Dolcetti della luna
with the aromas of our herbs and spritz our way (local sparkling wine with our syrups)
