La Crucecita, Oaxaca: Ride towards the sunset on the beach – Oaxaca, Mexico

EXPERIENCE:

The horseback ride is an activity that challenges you to step out of your comfort zone and live a unique and different experience. It invites you to have a more conscious and respectful approach towards nature. The activity takes place in the community of Bajos del Arenal, where you can see the characteristic flora and fauna of the area, such as Huanacaxtle trees, the sacred Ceiba tree of the Mayans, guayacan trees, fruit trees, and regional animals like cows, sheep, and peacocks.
After arriving at the ranch, a tour will be conducted showcasing various economic activities such as pig farming, lemon and corn harvesting, and cock breeding and rearing. Then, you will visit the stables where all the horses are kept. After a brief but informative introduction, the assigned horse for the ride will be familiarized, and the guide will explain in detail the important elements of horseback riding. In case of any inconvenience, the guide will be there at all times, supporting and ensuring the participants’ safety.
The horseback route will follow a trail until reaching Coyote Beach, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
