EXPERIENCE

Starting the day leaving the hotel early going towards the Brazil border with Argentina to make the immigration control once done, the same procedure will be done on the Argentinean side. After this we will be driving for 25 minutes to the Iguazu national park. Getting there stop to buy the tickets (must be paid with Argentinean pesos once inside the park others currencies will be accepted) and options to buy some water or ponchos. Visiting the falls from the Argentinean side where you can see the falls from many different angles.
*Devil´s throat walking path – starting with a jungle train that take us to a station which lead us to a catwalk of 1100 meters (one way) right above the Iguassu river, and approaching us to one of the most impressive experience the “Devil´s throat”.
*Upper trail – walking tour approximately of 1750 meters to appreciate 60% of the falls surrounded by a wonderful scenery of flora of the National Park.
*Lower trail – walking tour of 1400 meters where you can have the experience of getting close to the falls.
*Lunch Break – A small break for lunch inside of the national park (Lunch is not included).Options will be from a typical Argentinean empanada (typical pastry from Argentina), some options of sandwiches, even for vegetarians a veggie sandwich and a chance to have a taste of the typical Argentinean barbecue in this Buffet restaurant.
After lunch we will be going to the Brazil side of the waterfalls.
Afternoon tour Brazil side of the falls, once we reach the Visitors Centre where is necessary to buy the entrance ticket. That’s where are available ATMS, bathroom, souvenir shop, and small cafeteria. After passing the control area we are going to drive for about 10 to 15 minutes through the park to get the beginning of the walking tour.
Going through a trail of 1200 meters to enjoy a panoramic view. More than a wonderful way to end the day admiring everything that “Mother Nature” can provide us. A beautiful perspective of the approximately 275 falls, towards the end of the path an amazing view will be provided by this catwalk where you have a panoramic view of the “Devil´s throat”, where you can feel the mist of the falls, and finishing your day with this scenery full of energy that this place provide us. Once you reach the end of the trail there is an opportunity to get a panoramic elevator or if you are still willing to walk a little bit more . there is a small trail of 200 meters to walk up towards the top area of the elevator. Once this experience gets to the end we go back to the hotel.
