Huaraz:Nevado Pastoruri + Puyas de Raimondi forests – Ancash, Peru

EXPERIENCE

‘-Our excursion begins at 9:00 a.m., heading towards the south of the Callejón de Huaylas, passing through charming villages such as Recuya, Ticapampa and Catac.
-Then, we will arrive to the town of Pachacoto, where we will take the detour to the Cordillera Blanca through the Carpa sector.
-Our first destination will be the gasified natural spring, followed by the impressive 7-color lagoon of Pumapashimi.
-We will continue to the incredible forest of Puyas Raymondi, emblematic plants of the Peruvian Andes.
-Afterwards, we will head to the station from where we will begin the hike to the Pastoruri snow-capped mountain, located at 5000 meters above sea level.
-We will have time to explore part of the area before returning to the city of Huaraz.
