EXPERIENCE

The guests will see Sevan lake from a different angle. They will visit the northern part of Sevan with its beautiful sights. First along the way the guests will see obsidian mountains, which in sunlight look like black diamonds. After that the guests will visit the 9th century Hayravank Church and get acquainted with the architecture of Armenian churches. Hayravank Church stands proudly on the shore of Sevan lake. Here they can admire a beautiful view of Sevan lake. Then the guests will visit the Noratus khachkar (cross-stone) complex, which is located in the village of Noratus. Here they will see khachkars from the 9th to the 18th centuries. Each khachkar has its own amazing story. And at the end of our tour the guests will see how cognac cheese is made at the Mikaelyan cheese factory and of course there will be a tasting. The cheese factory is located near the village of Noratus, in the village of Artsvakar and in the evening they will drive back to Yerevan.
